Mud Pie

This recipe from Allison comes from the Semi-Homemade cookbooks.

Oreo Pie Crust
1 regular-sized jar of hot fudge sauce
1 quart coffee ice cream
1 cup cool whip
Magic Shell chocolate ice cream topping

Drizzle oreo crust with half of the hot fudge. Spread half of ice cream into the fudge-covered crust. Pour remaining hot fudge on over ice cream. Freeze for 20 mins. or until firm. In a large bowl, mix cool whip and remaining ice cream until mousse-like. Spread on top of the frozen ice cream. Freeze this layer for an hour. Drizzle one layer of the magic shell topping and then freeze for 5 minutes. Repeat this 2 more times. Serve immediately or freeze covered overnight.
