Shrimp and grits

Dinner tonight...
I first had this when Betsey made it for us once in Missisisippi.  The recipe I have is from The Square Table and it claims to be the recipe from The City Grocery in Oxford, Mississippi.  I don't know if I should post the recipe, so I'll give you a rundown.

For the grits, cook the grits according to package directions and add butter, cheddar, parmesan, cayenne and paprika.

For the shrimp, cook diced bacon.  Remove bacon and cook the shrimp in the bacon grease seasoning to taste.  Add the bacon back along with minced garlic, mushrooms, lemon juice and white wine.  Garnish with scallions.
