A Superman balloon and a sign greeted our Superheroes

More Super-decor
Our first activity was to be like Superman. They ran "faster than a speeding bullet." They lifted up our Thomas the Train tent to be "more powerful than a locomotive." And then they jumped off a trampoline over boxes that we had made look like skyscrapers in order to "leap tall buildings in a single bound."
Our second game was a Krytonite hunt. We spray-painted rocks green and hid them in the front yard, and the Superheroes hunted for them like Easter eggs.
Next, we learned that the Joker had left bombs (waterballoons) to destroy Gotham City. The Superheroes had to destroy the bombs by throwing them at targets of villains.
Then we pinned the "S" on Superman.
And finally we all took part in a Spiderman pinata.
We had Superhero cupcakes. I wish I was as creative and as skilled as my dear friend Allison. If so, my cupcakes would have looked a bit more like her amazing cookies.
