Michelle and Parker's Ribs

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this recipe is a combination of a Stubbs family tradion of boiling then grilling ribs and Michelle's barbecue sauce.

They are always a hit.

Baby backs
2 bottles Kraft barbecue sauce
1 bottle Italian dressing
mustard
brown sugar

Boil ribs in water with a splash of vinegar...for a long time...it usually takes me almost 2 hours....until the meat is almost falling off the bone.

Meanwhile, combine the barbecue sauce, dressing, about 3 T mustard, and 2 T sugar and stir. Heat over low heat.

When the ribs are done, place in a baggy with the sauce and refrigerate overnight.

Before dinner, grill the ribs, 15-20 minutes to heat through.

Serve with lots of napkins.
