Spring Dinner Party

We had a dinner party for 8 a couple of weeks ago. We had our first breath of spring weather, and I was inspired to make something a little fresh and springy without making it seem summery. I decided that just a touch of fresh vegetables would offer that. So here was our menu...
Kahlua Brie
Chicken Bundles with Cheese Sauce
Roasted Asparagus
Roasted Carrots
and
Amaretto Cheesecake

Again everything was prepared in advance and the only thing I had to do was pop things in the oven and then plate the food. So easy.
