Marinated flank steak

Flank steak is great for a large crowd, but beware it dries out easily, so don't overcook.

For marinade...

3/4 c soy sauce
3/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c white wine vinegar
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 c Worcestershire sauces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c chopped fresh parsley
1 t salt
1 t pepper

Marinate 2 1 to 1 1/2 pound flank steaks overnight. Grill over medium for 15-20 minutes.
